Organization Consultation
We offer organization consultations to meet your organization's meaningful goals! If your organization needs help with specific challenges or could benefit from the Constructional Approach and its programs, we recommend contacting us to arrange consultation sessions!
We will first meet with your organization's team to figure out your meaningful goals for the organization. It can be teaching your staff and volunteers how to do an assessment, Constructional Aggression Treatment (CAT), Constructional Affection, adoption counseling. Or, it can be pinpointing potential goals and taking data to track the progress towards desired goals, such as increasing adoption rate, improving the organization's day-to-day operations, and more!
We offer consultations online as well as in-person. For online, we will meet with the team on zoom. For in-person, you can invite us to do a one-day or multiple days workshop. Or, you can combine online and in-person!

**Constructional Approach to Animal Welfare and Training is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides behavior support and training for individuals and organizations that cannot afford it. All the profits from the organization consultations will fund these programs for individuals and facilities that oversee the care of animals.
